Talk In Time

All About Me!

Supporting You to Move Forward

My counselling practice is centred on you—your experiences, your challenges, and your journey toward understanding and wellbeing. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, with empathy and without judgment.

Before training as a counsellor, I spent many years as an HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist in the NHS. Life took an unexpected turn in my early 50s when I sustained significant physical injuries, leading me to retire early. The rehabilitation journey that followed inspired me to train in psychotherapy, and I became a qualified talking therapist in 2024.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, and I am continuing to develop my skills in Transactional Analysis. My aim is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and discover ways to move forward with confidence and balance.

Counselling

Counselling provides a private, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships without pressure. In our sessions, we work together to understand what’s affecting you, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies to manage challenges.

The aim is to support you in building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and creating positive, lasting changes in your life—at a pace that feels right for you.
